New patients are welcome at our clinic. Please fill in the online form by clicking on the button below.
Fees – As of July 1 2025
Clarendon Medical is a private billing practice. To ensure we can provide the best care possible for you and your family an out of pocket fee will apply for your visit. Full payment is required on the day of consultation. Staff will lodge your claim on your behalf, Medicare will then pay the rebate into your nominated account.

Appointments on Saturdays attract an additional $10.00 fee.

Cancellation and Non-Attendance
At Clarendon Medical, we value your time and aim to provide fair and timely access to care for all patients. To help us manage appointments efficiently:
- We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations incur a $100 fee (excludes IV therapy bookings).
- Non-attendance without notice will result in the full consultation fee being charged.
- Credit/debit card details are collected at booking and stored securely; charges are only processed if this policy is breached.
We understand that unexpected situations arise and will always consider reasonable circumstances.

Parking
On street 2H parking is available on Clarendon Street and in the surrounding streets (Bridport Street and Raglan Streets). Please check carefully as these are residential streets and permit parking may apply.
Public Transport
Clarendon Medical is easily accessible by Public Transport. Options Include
- Tram No 12 (Victoria Gardens – St Kilda), Stop 130a – Raglan Street Clarendon Street is a 1 minute walk (80 metres)
- Tram No 12 (Victoria Gardens – St Kilda), Stop 130 – Albert Road/Clarednon Street is a 1 minute walk (120 metres)
- Tram No 96 (East Brunswick – St Kilda Beach), Stop 128 – Albert Park Station/Light rail is a 7 minute walk (480 metres)
For those travelling from further afield, Stop 20 – ANZAC Station/St Kilda Road is a 13 minute walk (920 metres). The following trams stop at this station: 16, 3-3a, 5, 58, 6, 64, 67 and 72
